Lingerie should not only be beautiful, but also comfortable, since it should be worn every day. The most important criterion for comfort when choosing underwear is accurate knowledge of your size. If you are not sure we suggest to take measurements using a measuring tape and the best is doing it with another person helping you.
We remind you to wear comfortable underwear when taking measurements: a smooth bra without adjustment or foam layer and thin panties. Stand in front of the mirror, straighten your back, but not excessively, maintaining the natural position of your body. Don't lean to the sides or hold your breath. When measuring, keep the measuring tape strictly horizontal, avoiding sagging or over-tightening.
The main measurements when determining the parameters are the volume of the chest and under the chest, waist and hips:
- Bust circumference is measured at the fullest point of the chest. The tape should be held at armpit level.
- Under bust girth - measure the girth directly under the base of the bust. Here you should focus on the smallest value, do not forget to exhale before taking measurements. This indicator is the number that comes first in the bra size.
- Waist circumference is measured around the waist, having previously determined the natural waist line.
- Hip volume is measured by the protruding parts of the hips and buttocks 15 - 20 cm below waist level.
- Check your results with the SHIKKOSA underwear size chart, which you can find on any product page and order the appropriate option.
And don’t forget! Even if there is no sales consultant near you in an online boutique, you can always ask for help. We are happy to help you choose the right size with a contact.
To keep your lingerie looking its best, it’s important to care for it properly. For delicate fabrics, hand washing is always the safest option.
- Gently wash your lingerie in cold water using a mild detergent.
- Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric, as this can cause damage.
- If you use the machine wash, place your lingerie in a mesh bag and use a gentle cycle with cold water.
- Always air dry your pieces by laying them flat or hanging them up to avoid stretching or damage from heat.
Proper care will help maintain the softness, shape, and elasticity of your lingerie for longer.

Delivery & Shipping
Below are some of are common questions about the orders' delivery and shipping
- Delivery fees varies according to different countries. The fee applied to your specific address will be calculated at the check out cart.
- Customers residing outside of Austria will be charged their own country VAT.
Each piece of lingerie is carefully packed in the elegant designed SHIKKOSA packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Whether it's a box of varying sizes based on your order volume or a simple envelope, your package will be carefully wrapped with love to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
You now have the option to upgrade your packaging for small orders from the Envelope to the Elegant Box, enhancing your experience to the fullest.
The lingerie is thoughtfully folded and placed with attention to detail. The boxes and envelopes are designed to protect the fabric during shipping, ensuring that your items are in perfect shape when they reach you. This thoughtful packaging reflects our commitment to delivering luxury and elegance with every order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking number. If you wish to view the status and tracking of multiple orders, you can do this from your account login.
You can click on the tracking number from the email and it will redirect you to a third party website of the courier where you can track your order.
Yes! Before you place an order, check the availability of the product in store on the product's page.
When you place the order, make sure you choose the option to 'Pickup in the store'. The shops near you will appear and you can choose the closest shop.

Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method. If you choose the in-store pick-up option you can collect your order any day from Monday to Friday from 08:00 until 16:00.
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days in most of the regions, except USA and Canada with 8-10 business days. Fast delivery is possible in specific regions in 3-5 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped to keep you updated!
Payments
Below are some common questions and issues regarding payments
First step is the fun part - you get to go shopping! Choose the items that you desire and head to the checkout when you’re ready.
- In the checkout screen, before you proceed with the payment you should see a space for 'Discount Code' on the right side of the screen.
- Type the Discount code you have obtained previously and click 'Apply'.
- You will then see the discount code confirmed and your total will be recalculated.

There are many factors that can cause a payment to decline. To help ensure this doesn’t happen when you retry, please try the following:
- Check the card details are correct; including the expiry, security code and billing address.
- If you are using a form of payment such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, ensure your details are up to date.
- Instead of selecting the billing address ‘same as shipping address’, please untick this option and try typing out the address.
- Your bank has likely declined the payment. You may wish to call them to find out why.
Please note: You will NOT be charged unless you receive an order number. There may be times when your bank withholds the amount of your declined payment. If you see any pending transactions on your bank statement, please contact your bank to confirm when these funds will be released.
If you have bought a Gift Card or have been gifted one, you can enjoy the shopping normally because it is very easy to use!
- When you received the Gift Card you also received its code in the email. You can check it in your inbox by clicking the link provided to see the Gift Card. You will be redirected to the Gift Crad page of our store.
- When you are done shopping, head to the checkout. In the checkout screen, before you proceed with the payment you should see a space for 'Discount Code' on the right side of the screen.
- Type the Discount code you have obtained previously and click 'Apply'.
- You will then see the discount code confirmed and your total will be recalculated.
There are 2 scenarios:
- The balance on the Git Card is not covering the full amount of the basket: you can pay the remaining amount with another payment method.
- The balance on the Gift Card is exceeding the value of the basket: you can still use the amount remaining on the Gift Card for other purchases. Happy news!

Returns & Exchanges
Below are some common questions about returns and exchanges
It’s okay to change your mind, however due to the intimate nature of our items, some may not be eligible for return. To check which items can be returned and the process of returning lingerie, please visit our Return & Refund Policy for more information.
If you changed your mind abut the product we have a few conditions that need to be met in order for us to accept the return:
- The Seal Holder must be on the item
- The item must not be damaged in any way
To return the product you must follow the following steps:
- Write us an email about the situation and the reason why you want to return the product.
- Return the product to our office with the address: Wien 1010, Naglergasse 29. You have to pay the delivery fee for the return of a product that is unwanted.
- After we have received the product back we will process it in maximum 48 hours.
- In case you need more updates on the situation you can always contact us and ask more.

YES! We understand the struggle when it comes to ordering lingerie online. We are happy to help! If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, we’re happy to help with an exchange.
Swapping sizes is easier than you might think:
- Reach out to our customer service team (Contact us) within 14 days of receiving your order. Do not forget to specify the new size you want.
- Return the product that does not fit with all delivery fees paid by us to the address: Wien 1010, Naglergasse 29.
- After we have received the previous product, we will send the new one right away.

We always do our best to ensure your goodies are packed and prepared carefully however we understand that damage may occur in transit, or otherwise. If you have an item which appears to be broken or faulty, we would love to help make things right.
