RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of the order. Follow the steps presented below for your return.

Non-Eligible Products:

  • - Products whose clothing seal holder for tags has been removed.
  • - Garments purchased in store are not eligible for online return.
  • - Lingerie with any signs of use.
  • How to Return an Item

    Step 1: Contact Us

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at wien@shikkosa.com and provide your order number. You have 14 days from the moment of the purchase to initiate the return procedure.

    Step 2: Prepare Your Return Package

  • Secure the item in its original packaging, if possible. Please make sure the item is properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • Send the package to the address: Bösendorferstraße 4 Top 8, 1010, Vienna, Austria
  • The delivery fee is paid by Shikkosa GmbH if the objective of the return is the replacement of a damaged product or the size swapping of the item. Read more below for Exchanges & Damaged or Defective Items.
  • Step 3: Return Confirmation

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your return.

    Step 4: Refund Process

    If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 5 business days from the moment of the return confirmation to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    Please note that the shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Exchanges

    If you'd like to exchange an item, follow the same steps for returning the product, but in the email, mention the new desired item. Size exchanges are now easier than ever! Follow the same procedure indicating the new desired size.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    Guarantee is strictly limited to a simple replacement of faulty goods without further liabilities. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately! We will provide you with a prepaid return label and send a replacement as soon as possible. We are very sorry for the inconvenience!

    For USA Customers

    Please note that for the moment we cannot offer any returns for orders comming from the United States. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we can promise we are working on it for the future!
